PLATFORM USAGE FEES

Usage-Based Charges

Certain features of the GROMAAP platform are billed based on what you use. These charges are separate from and in addition to your subscription or service fees, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.

Usage-based charges may include text messages sent and received, inbound and outbound calls billed by the minute, call recording and transcription, phone number provisioning and monthly number rental, email sends and verification, AI features such as AI voice agents and AI chat responses, premium workflow actions and integrations, carrier registration and compliance fees including A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, carrier surcharges, contact lookup and data enrichment, and any other consumption-based service enabled on your account.

Rate Changes

Rates may change. Charges originating with telecommunications carriers or third-party providers may change with little or no advance notice, and those changes may take effect immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material rate changes. Continued use of the affected services after a rate change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

Account Balance and Automatic Reload

Usage charges are funded through a prepaid balance in your GROMAAP account. Charges are deducted from your balance as they are incurred.

When your balance falls below the reload threshold configured in your account settings, we will automatically charge the payment method on file to restore your balance to your preset reload amount. By using consumption-based features, you authorize these recurring charges.

Insufficient Balance

If your balance reaches zero, consumption-based features stop working. Text messages will not send or receive, calls will not connect, and AI agents will not respond. You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance. GrokOn Marketing LLC is not liable for leads, messages, appointments, or revenue lost because your account balance was exhausted.

Negative Balances

Some charges post after the fact, including carrier reconciliations and applicable taxes. This can result in a negative balance. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file to clear any negative balance.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of sales, use, telecommunications, and other applicable taxes and regulatory fees. We may calculate, add, and collect applicable taxes on your invoice or against your account balance, including after the close of a calendar month. Taxes are not refundable.

Refunds

Usage charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for charges resulting from your own configuration, including workflows, automations, or campaigns that generate higher usage than expected. Usage is billable whether or not it was intentional.

Funds remaining in your account balance after cancellation are refundable only if you request the refund in writing within thirty (30) days of cancellation. Balances not claimed within that window are forfeited.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services
